The beginning of the New Year always calls for long lists of life changing resolutions normally centered around green foods and the dreaded treadmill. This year those two were on our list, but we wanted to reach for easier more attainable goals for this brand new year!
Here are some of our non-dietary/exercise related resolutions, we invite you on this 365 day challenge and we wish you all the best!
1. Read one book per week! Your brain and imagination will thank you!
2. Save all the change you can until the end of the year, cash it in and buy yourself something nice for next Christmas!
3. Tell yourself 3 positive things everyday, and then tell 3 other people something nice too!
