The Best at What I do

I’m trying to be the best at what I do which means wearing a lot of different hats when running a company.

I recently decided to personally learn how to run our Google Adwords Campaign so when I do hire a specialist I can speak their jargon and excel even further. It’s a true never ending labyrinth of knowledge and to be honest I have to take a very deep breath before making the call. It’s complicated and takes much willingness and desire to learn while working with a variety of personalities over the phone.

The best way to do this is call Google everyday and work with a different representative everyday for a minimum of 1.5 hours. They are ready and willing but boy you better be on top of your game. They move fast!

I returned from an highly productive amazing trip to Portland visiting a manger and store there this weekend and came home to this….

My kids have stated “it’s ours, Mommy!”
