School Field Trips

 

Spring is here and all of our local schools are beginning to take students on field trips. The news of going on a school field trip gets children excited and happy, but it also brings them together when it's time to take pictures. Unfortunately, this is a common way

of coming in contact with head lice. When kids take selfies or pictures they often put their heads close to each other not realizing that head lice can take as little as half of a second to transfer from head to head and that this is an easy and common way for children to give each other lice.
