“Where do I begin? I found out my daughter had lice and was doing the OTC treatments! I was following directions to the letter, combing her out a few times a day, doing nonstop laundry and sterilizing all of our brushes! Our lives were in complete disarray! It was a stressful and overwhelming process to go through which I knew NOTHING about. So, as I was doing as much research as I could online, I came across Salon Fairies! Who stated that they could take care of everything and get rid of the lice in one treatment with a guarantee! Is this possible, I thought? So, I was looking in the mirror pondering the idea and then noticed something in my hair! My heart sank and I started to cry! I picked up the phone at 8pm on the 4th of July bc I was so distraught and left a message hoping someone would call me back the next morning to schedule an appointment! Not even a half hour later, I received a call from the Salon Manager, Tausif! She was calling from her home after she called in for her messages. That in itself is not only professional but showed her compassion for my situation! She answered my many questions, reassuring me she could help me, never rushing me off the phone! She proceeded to tell me she was booked for the next day but could get me and my daughter in the next day if I came in at 7am, I was so grateful! Upon arriving at the Salon, she just made you feel that she was going to take care of everything! She made sure that my 7 year old was occupied with their amazing children’s area that they have in the Salon. They clearly thought out how to make everyone comfortable for their time there! She finished me after a couple hours, answering so many of my questions during that time and genuinely never making me feel like it was a bother to her! She even made time to fit my daughter in, knowing it would give me peace to have us both taken care of on the same day! I would give Salon Fairies and especially Tausif and A+! They are Compassionate Professionals who know their craft and can take care of your lice situation in most cases in One Treatment! I honestly do not know what I would have done without them!
