Best Customer Service Out There
I
have worked in almost every aspect of customer service out there. Most
companies are challenged when it comes to customer service skills and
training requirements. Working at Hair Fairies Inc. is so refreshing
because they have it down to a "T" as to how clients (adults and kids)
should be treated. Its second in line of importance to Hair Fairies Inc.
The first is training. Providing a comprehensive manual in which you
are walked through over a 90 day period really sets the pace for success
with our company. It was comforting and productive to have an outline
of exactly what I should do for the client. The only thing they ask is
to put our own personal touches into the mix. There is just NO IFs, ANDs
or BUGs (haha) when it comes to providing excellent customer service at
Hair Fairies Inc!!!
