Fish tail braids are A-okay here at our lice salon
in San Francisco! We had several of our clients (who requested to have
us braid their hair in fish tail braids) come in for their second lice
treatment most excited about getting their braids again. We are very
happy to oblige them! It is simply because we know that this may lower
the chances of getting head lice. Having your hair up in buns and
braids may give the head louse a lot more of a struggle and challenge in
crawling up the hair shaft compared to when the hair is down and

other lice prevention measures!
