Hair Fairies lice salons are a FUN place to be all around!!!
The amazing thing about working in an environment where nobody wants to be… is the kids and employees NEVER want to leave. Maybe its the game boys and TVs or maybe it's the friendly technicians who greet with a smile that never ends. For example, after a child was done with his head lice treatment, here in Hair Fairies salon in CT, he was so eager to go play with the toys and our coloring books. When the mom was done with her lice screening and asked him to leave he was pleading with her for more time. For the first time ever he stayed inside the margins of the picture he was coloring. It was a very sweet moment. These stories come up daily. To this day my very favorites are, "can I have my birthday party at Hair Fairies" and "I want to be a Hair Fairy when I grow up". I think the reason why we are so liked is because our company spends so much time and effort on training employees. They encourage individualism and kindness all around. We accomplish objectives at our own speed and unique way. This is remarkable because it leaves you empowered to do things how you like them done but with a communal end goal.
