Head lice is a subject that people don't usually talk about but boy when it does come up the flood gates open. As a manager of Hair Fairies Connecticut lice salon, time and time again I observe that when people get word of what I do they become enthralled by the subject and have nothing but questions and stories. Whether it be out in public on my days off or in the salon…The questions and stories gather people into an intense and often comical conversation that sometimes seemingly has no end to it. I feel there should be a lice support group because of the stress and trauma we witness it cause many families. This intense experience makes for an interesting and well opinionated subject matter.
