Head Lice School Screenings

At Hair Fairies Chicago  we did 3 free Head Lice checks this week! The schools were all in different areas of Chicago. This is proof that it does not matter where you live or if your school is public or private. Anyone can get Head Lice. Head Lice does not gravitate to a certain socio economic group or status. Head Lice don’t know whether you are purple, yellow, green, or blue. They are a parasite. A Pesky parasite!!  And they like everybody. Many of the students that ended up having Head Lice have been treated prior to Hair Fairies screening them and finding nits. They still have it probably because unfortunately killing the Louse without removing the eggs is counterproductive and families fall victim to it time and time again.
