Our Clients love that here at Hair Fairies we are very welcoming and no case seems too outrageous for us to handle. We calm frantic families and educate them in everything they need to know about head lice. Even when clients have been here before we remind them of the procedures that should be followed at home to prevent themselves from getting head lice again. They love our calm attitude in addition to our natural lice treatment products…One client even said "If I had to have lice, I am grateful for the technical and emotional support of the staff at Hair Fairies." Head lice is no walk in the park, but Hair Fairies technicians try to provide clients with emotional support, while undertaking the less than glamorous task of killing lice.
But no one enjoys Hair Fairies like the kids. They come in and don't know what toy to play with first. With such variety such as DVDs, DS games, Reading books, Coloring books, Kitchen Sets and more it sure makes for a stimulating environment.. They are always upset to leave Hair Fairies and always excited to come back. When I went to do a school check I heard one of the children telling another child that she couldnt wait to go back to Hair Fairies because she got to play with her favorite technician, watch a movie and potentially watch another movie!!
