We had an impromptu booking for a large school lice screening this week and it was phenomenal!  It all started with one parent who came to use our services.  After we had educated and treated her daughter at the Hair Fairies San Francisco lice treatment salon the mother called her daughter’s school to inform them about our FREE Lice checks from our salon "on the spot".  We were able to book the school lice check the next day and book a car to travel down to the South Bay.  The school was very welcoming and understood why our presence and expertise in Head Lice screenings are key to control and manage head lice in schools. The lice check turned out well and the school even booked us for a follow up this Thursday! We are proud and appreciative of their efforts to keep lice from spreading. Their efforts will most definitely pay off and ward off the head lice. We dropped off a Lice Repellent Spray for them to use, a folder with informative and educational parent letters, and all the literature on head lice possible to help other families at their school.

Constance Matthews reports in: So, Friday we had the cutest kids in. My afternoon client was a girl, about 7ish, who watched Harry Potter and actually talked to the characters in the movie as if she were there! She'd say things like, "Harry, you should have told him you were trying to catch the train to Hogwarts!" or "Wow, Hermione, you hair looks different from last time." She also kept us all up to date on where she was in the movie world- like, "Oh, we're in the flying car now!" and "I'm going to Hagrid's now!" The girl after her, about 9, just had the most gorgeous hair, I had to make a fuss over her and give her a fancy "do". When she was done & still had to wait for her mom & sis to finish up, she couldn't help but dance all around the salon floor- which was fine cause they were the only family there. Too cute! Not too bad for a Friday the 13th!

Satisfaction is guaranteed here at Hair Fairies — even when we have lost our wireless headset in the process of  checking you out 🙂 We had a family last week who came in for head lice treatments.  After I had checked the clients out, I noticed they had left their bag of products and personal belongings on our sofa at our Head Lice Salon.  The family already had left a few seconds and were catching a cab.  I quickly stormed out of the salon with my wireless phone attached to my headset in the side of my scrubs pocket.   Happily I was able to run the cab down so I could hand that family their belongings.  When I returned back to the salon I noticed that my head set was attached but the wireless phone was nowhere to be found.    The wireless phone that was attached to the headset had fallen out of my scrub pocket while I was rushing to give the clients their much needed lice products.  Hair Fairies customer satisfaction guaranteed even if it means losing a phone  :-)

One of our moms at Hair Fairies said to her child, “I will pick you like a chimpanzee but I will not eat it,” and somehow we agree with that saying 100% here at Hair Fairies- the Head Lice Helpers.  This “fantabulous” mother was very understanding. Hair Fairies lice treatment salon in  San Francisco would like to thank a very special someone who has donated this book entitled, “Venus- the Global Child.”  This book is a great compliment to our book selection here at our location because it teaches children  diversity and education in general!  One of our mottos here at Hair Fairies is, “Children are smart, educate them”  and this relates back to what we are doing here at Hair Fairies everyday. not only do we treat head lice and help to care, nurture, and educate our clients on head lice, but we also provide fun and educational materials such as our book selection. Even our movies at Hair Fairies San Francisco lice treatment salon are also educational.  We have movies like Dora the Explorer, The Magic School Bus, and Blue's Clues!  We like to build our environment to be as nurturing and educational as possible to make clients feel welcomed as they are coming in to get treated or screened at our head lice treatment medical salon!

Our Colleague Josephine has a new puppy and his name is Snuffles! Kids loved him when he was around for just a half day at our Head Lice Salon. Pets give us so much joy and relief sometimes when we are dealing with stressful (lice) situations where we have no control. Snuffles is an example where he had put our younger clients at ease. We wonder how exciting it would be if all our Hair Fairies lice salons in Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Chicago, and Connecticut could have a pet like Snuffles around. Life would be more less stressful! Our little friend would ward off the stress of dealing with lice. Pets and animals in general cannot get the human form of head lice. The Head Lice that we treat at Hair Fairies-The Head Lice Helpers only pertains to the scalp and hair on a human head. It’s pretty interesting stuff! A Purple Fairy for the Hair Fairies in San Francisco!

We would like to thank a very special someone whom has given us this very special purple fairy to hang at our lice treatment salon in San Francisco!  We always keep our clients personal information safe and confidential so this person will be named the purple fairy. Thank you for this bell which we will call "Purple Hair Fairy" from now on.  It will add a special touch to our d�cor.  We have lots of fairy artworks and pieces at each one of our head lice removal salon locations nationwide.  We do this to help ease children and families alike.  Coming in and meeting us should be a pleasant experience overall.  If you think you have any fairy items that you would help finesse our hair fairies d�cor, please bring it in for a little show and tell! The process of killing lice sounds like pretty unpleasant experience, but we go out of our way to make it fun as well as effective.   Smiles,

�Gifts from Hawaii for our Hair Fairies Team in San Francisco!�

Lena, our colleague at our Hair Fairies San Francisco lice treatment salon, went to Hawaii and had presented us with these when she came back!  We are happy for the kisses, utterly excited for the macadamia madness, and super stoked to hear she had lots fun with her partner.  Lena came back just this week and we missed her absence!  We are a real team here at Hair Fairies.  So when one of us leaves we feel their absence…in a good way.  The lice probably do too!  Heehee We are fortunate to receive gifts from our fellow Hair Fairies lice technicians whenever one of us goes on a far away trip.  We have had shot glasses and bottle openers from Diana on her trip to Mexico and Kyle from his cruise. Wonder what future gifts we would be receiving on our next adventure!
